Rika character song! Spoilers! Don't read any more if you're not well into the answer arcs!
To anyone only familiar with Rika's "normal" behavior and personality, this song will seem horribly out of character. It's full of harsh sounds, dissonance, and so forth, while Rika is sweet and innocent, right? Haha, no. Even by the time the question arcs are over, it's clear she knows more than she normally lets on, and as the answer arcs progress, we find out that she remembers everything that happened in past iterations of June 1983. Her "usual" cheerful childish self is just an act she puts on to avoid disturbing everyone else, while she's been doing something equivalent to living in a horror movie for hundreds of years, unable to prevent tragedy after tragedy and even her own death at the end of each cycle—though she doesn't have any specific memories about that part, which makes it even more frustrasting as it leaves her clueless about why and how it happens. If anyone has a right to be a bit cynical, it's her. And Hanyuu too, but she just gets fatalistic.
This song has a lot of spoken lines woven in between the lyrics. There doesn't seem to be any official source indicating what they are, so I've pieced them together as well as I could between listening and Googling. Most or all of these are lines taken from various episodes.
