This song is interesting in that it's a conversation.
Hymmnos lyrics are listed in the center column (which I always use for pronunciation) with the given Japanese equivalents in the left column, in this color to indicate that the Japanese phrases are not the actual lyrics.

Keep in mind that I'm working from a Japanese description of how the language works and Japanese descriptions of the terms. Translations of translations always tend to suffer somewhat in quality....
Refer to my brief Hymmnos reference for general information on how the language works.
If you have the Hymmnos font installed, the headings below should appear in the script used in the game. Hey, why not? The font is available from the Hymmno Server, where most of my information on Hymmnos comes from. The site is mostly in Japanese, but the download link itself is in English. If you don't have the font, the headings will simply appear as large Latin text.
Hymmnos line: kiafa hynne mea? pagle tes yor.
Glossed as: わたしの聲が聴こえる?あなたに呼びかけるこの聲が
Which means: Can you hear my voice? My voice calling to you.
Kana reading: キアファ ヒュン ミーァ パグレ テス ヨア
Romanized: kiafa hyun mii[a] pagure tesu yoa
Vocaulary summary: kiafa = listen, ask, hear / hynne = voice / mea = me / pagle = talk, say / tes = (indicates destination) / yor = you (object)
The lack of emotive sounds from the first singer on every line except one is interesting. Is she trying to conceal her emotions, or simply flaunting the rules of standard Hymmnos grammar? Either one is in character.
Literal translation attempt: "Do you hear my voice speaking to you?"
Hymmnos line: Fou paks ga kiafa hynne yor
Glossed as: ええ、あなたの聲が聴こえる
Which means: Yes, I can hear your voice.
Kana reading: フォウ パクス ガ キアファ ヒュン ヨア
Romanized: fou pakusu ga kiafa hyun yoa
Vocaulary summary:
Fou = somewhat / paks = nervous, excited / ga = want to escape quickly
kiafa = listen, ask, hear / hynne = voice / yor = you (object)
"paks" here I think is more of an unease than anything. She's not sure what's going on, and she doesn't trust it, but on the other hand, nothing particularly threatening has happened either, so it's not an especially strong feeling.
Literal translation attempt: "I hear your voice, but I'm somewhat wary."
Hymmnos line: kiafa sarla pagle tes yor.
Glossed as: わたしの詩が聴こえる?
Which means: Can you hear my song?
Kana reading: キアファ サルラ パグレ テス ヨア
Romanized: kiafa sarura pagure tesu yoa
Vocaulary summary: kiafa = listen, ask, hear / sarla = song / pagle = talk, say / tes = (indicates destination) / yor = you (object)
Nearly a repeat of the first line.
Literal translation attempt: "Do you hear the song speaking to you?"
Hymmnos line: Wee paks ga faf yora accrroad mea?
Glossed as: 貴方は私に何をもたらすの?
Which means: What would you bring me?
Kana reading: ウィ パクス ガ ファフ ヨラ アクロード ミーァ
Romanized: wi pakusu ga fafu yoa akuroudo mii[a]
Vocaulary summary:
Wee = quite / paks = nervous, excited / ga = want to escape quickly
faf = scary, afraid / yora = you (plural object) /
accrroad = give to, inflict upon / mea = me
Now she's really getting nervous. What do these people want with her? "Just get to the point," it feels like she's saying, "why are you really here?"
In other notes, the use of "yora" seems odd. While it's understandable that she'd group the first singer with those other people in front of her, even though they're actually unconnected, wouldn't a grammatical subject (yorra) be more appropriate? I'm guessing typo.
Literal translation attempt: "I'm quite nervous, what do you scary people want with me?"
Hymmnos line: Was yea ra pauwel en wael yor.
Glossed as: 私は貴方に、更なる力と快楽をもたらす
Which means: I would give you further power and pleasure.
Kana reading: ワス イェア ラ パゥウェル エン ワェール ヨア
Romanized: wasu yea ra pa[u]weru en weeru yoa
Vocaulary summary:
Was = very intensely / yea = happy / ra = want to be like this
pauwel = power / en = and (then), because of / wael = joy /
yor = you (object)
Here's the one time the first singer uses an emotive sound. Is she trying to be reassuring, or is she just feeling gleeful and inadvertently letting it slip?
Literal translation attempt: "Power and joy for you, and I'm positively thrilled."
Hymmnos line: Wee paks ga chs mea?
Glossed as: それは私にとって、何を意味するの?
Which means: What does that mean for me?
Kana reading: ウィ パクス ガ チス ミーァ
Romanized: wi pakusu ga chisu mii[a]
Vocaulary summary:
Wee = quite / paks = nervous, excited / ga = want to escape quickly
chs = become / mea = me
"That sounds good," she says suspiciously, "but what's the catch?"
Literal translation attempt: "I'm quite nervous, what will happen to me?"
Hymmnos line: Echrra en chs ar dor.
Glossed as: …一体感、共存。そして…世界との融和
Which means: ...a sense of unity, coexistence. And... harmony with the world.
Kana reading: エクラ エン チス アル ドール
Romanized: ekura en chisu aru douru
Vocaulary summary: echrra = resonate, sympathize / en = and (then), because of / chs = become / ar = the / dor = earth, continent
Literal translation attempt: "You will harmonize and be one with the land."
Hymmnos line: Was paks ga chs na mea,
Glossed as: それは…私が、私ではなくなる為の変化
Which means: That... would mean I become something I am not,
Kana reading: ワス パクス ガ チス ナ ミーァ
Romanized: wasu pakusu ga chisu na mii[a]
Vocaulary summary:
Was = very intensely / paks = nervous, excited /
ga = want to escape quickly
chs = become / na = not / mea = me
Now she's really nervous. "I'm not convinced this is a good idea," she says warily.
Literal translation attempt: "I'm intensely nervous, I would become something I am not."
Hymmnos line: en paul yor yora harton mea ...
Glossed as: だから、貴方達が私にとって何なのかを…試します
Which means: So I will... ascertain what all of you are to me.
Kana reading: エン パウル ヨア ヨラ ハートン ミーァ
Romanized: en pauru yoa yora haaton mii[a]
Vocaulary summary: en = and (then), because of / paul = feel, sense / yor = you (object) / yora = you (plural object) / harton = love / mea = me
She continues, "Let me make sure you're worth it before committing to anything." At least that's what it feels like to me. And what's the "yor yora" for?
Literal translation attempt: "So I will get a feel for whether you love me."
Hymmnos line: "Faura, cexm here, shellan mea"
Glossed as: 『ここへおいで 可愛い小鳥、わたしの胸のうちの鳥かごへ』
Which means: "Come here, darling little bird, into the birdcase in my breast"
Kana reading: ファウラ セズム イア シェラン ミーァ
Romanized: faura sezumu ia sheran mii[a]
Vocaulary summary: faura = little bird / cexm = (person or thing) comes / here = here / shellan = cage, birdcage / mea = me
Literal translation attempt: "Come here into my cage, little bird."
Hymmnos line: "Fowrlle art fluy, presia sonwe"
Glossed as: 『わたしの想いの羊水に満たせれ その謳を聴かせておくれ』
Which means: "Be sated in the amniotic fluid of my feelings, and let me hear your song"
Kana reading: フォワール アルト フリュイ プレシア ソンウェ
Romanized: fowaaru aruto furyui pureshia sonwe
Vocaulary summary: fowrlle = comfort, heal / art = by, via / fluy = spring, fountain / presia = may it come to pass, please / sonwe = sing
Literal translation attempt: "Please find comfort in my fountain and sing."
Hymmnos line: Yorr faf, so
Glossed as: あなたは怖いのね
Which means: I can tell you're scared.
Kana reading: ヨ[ルル] ファフ {so}
Romanized: yo[ruru] fafu {so}
Vocaulary summary: yorr = you (subject) / faf = scary, afraid / so = ???
"so" isn't documented, but it's probably using the "to such an extent" meaning of the English word "so".
This is possibly my favorite part of the song. The first singer is making an effort to show she understands the other one, who then confirms everything the first singer is saying about her. They understand each other, to some extent at least, because they have much in common.
Literal translation attempt: "You're so scared."
Hymmnos line: Was ki ga faf so.
Glossed as: そう、わたしは怖い
Which means: Yes, I am scared.
Kana reading: ワス キ ガ ファフ {so}
Romanized: was ki ga fafu {so}
Vocaulary summary:
Was = very intensely / ki = serious, focused / ga = want to escape quickly
faf = scary, afraid / so = ???
Literal translation attempt: "Discontent and intensely focused, I am that scared."
Hymmnos line: Yorr hierle.

Which means: I can tell you're sad.
Kana reading: ヨ[ルル] ヘィアルレー
Romanized: yo[ruru] he[i]aruree

hierle = sad, sorrowful

Hymmnos line: Mea paul yor
Glossed as: わたしにはわかるわ
Which means: I understand.
Kana reading: ミーァ パウル ヨア
Romanized: mii[a] pauru yoa
Vocaulary summary: mea = me / paul = feel, sense / yor = you (object)
"paul" here seems to mean an understanding on a deep emotional level.
Literal translation attempt: "I understand you."

Glossed as: わたしにはわかるわ
Which means: I understand.
Kana reading: ワス キ ガ パウル ヨア

Which means: I've long since lost my beautiful song.
Kana reading: イデス {loss} バティファル サルラ
