Here's the armor list, sorted by the game's internal ordering, which is unfortunately somewhat random. I use the following shorthand throughout the page:

Elemental bonuses reduce damage by 25% from the appropriate attacks and do not stack with each other. For example, if you're using armor that is both Holy and Fire against an undead (weak against both) enemy, the reduction bonus is 25% and no more. However, multiple armors with reductions for the same element do seem to stack {right?}.

Elemental Reductions
Holy	This armor has a flag set that reduces damage from Holy magic and from normal attacks by enemies weak against Holy (mostly undead and spirit enemies).
Fire	This armor has a flag set that reduces damage from Fire magic and from normal attacks by enemies weak against Fire (mostly undead and other flammable enemies).
Ice	This armor has a flag set that reduces damage from Ice magic and from normal attacks by enemies weak against Ice (mostly fiery enemies).
Jolt	This armor has a flag set that reduces damage from Jolt magic ang from normal attacks by enemies weak against Jolt (mostly amorphous and aquatic enemies).

Technical Information

The contents of bytes 8 and 13 are interpreted as follows for armor. Please see the items index for information on the other bytes.

Flags (byte 8)

Bit 7 = Can't sell: If 0, the item can be sold. If 1, it cannot.
Bit 6 = Can't use in combat: If 0, the item can be used in combat (consumables, weapons with spell effects, etc.). This is 1 for all armor.
Bit 5 = Unused. Always 0.
Bit 4 = Unused. Always 0.
Bit 3 = 1 only for shields.
Bit 2 = 1 only for body armor.
Bit 1 = 1 only for headgear.
Bit 0 = 1 only for other.

Defense Attributes (byte 13)

Each bit in this byte that is 1 confers resistance against a particular damage type.

Bit 7 = Found on the Wolf Skin, Aura Garb, Quartz Chest, Angel's Breastplate, Love Bracelet, Wind Bracelet, Diamond Ring, Holy Shield, Magic Ring, Silver Bracelet, Dragon Shield, and Star Shield (and also the unusued Angel's Shield and Moon Helmet). Resists "Holy" magic and tends to give a resistance against undead and spirit enemies.
Bit 6 = Found on the Magma Armor, Flame Shield, Light Shield, Dragon Shield, Lava Shield, Shell Helm, Tsunami Helmet, Solar Helmet, and Skull Ring (and also the unused Titan's Armor, Hecatoncheir, Ripple Shield, and Magma Helmet). Resists "Fire" magic and tends to give a resistance against undead and other flammable enemies.
Bit 5 = Found on the Glacier Armor, Ice Shield, Night Bracelet, and Glacier Shield (and also the unused Wood Armor and Hecatoncheir). Resists "Ice" magic and tends to give a resistance against fiery enemies and the like.
Bit 4 = Found on the Earth Mail and Quartz Chest (and also the unused Wood Armor and Earth Helm). Resists "Jolt" magic and tends to give a resistance against amorphous and aquatic enemies.
Bits 3 through 0 = Unused, always 0. Though I'd expect them to give additional resistances corresponding to the weapon element bits, they have no effect even if set.
